River Medway Tours

Service Description

We have two types of tours on offer. A historical tour through parts of the medieval town of Maidstone taking in sights such as the Allington Castle and The Archbishops Palace. Or a tour through idyllic country side that encompasses the River Medway taking in the wildlife and foliage. The tours are ideal for large groups or a family day out. Price is per person. Minimum of two people required per booking. For groups of more than 8 please email to discuss requirements daddybaords@gmail.com What We Do: A gentle paddle of up to 10km depending on timings and group size and ability through the river taking in the surroundings. There may be short portages to overcome but these are often very short walks. We can build in pub and café stops in to the route to accommodate our groups. What You Need: All equipment can be provided. Please come suitable dressed for the weather and for getting wet (just in case). Please Bring, Water, Snacks, towel, change of clothes and sunscreen/hat etc. Ability Requirements: We can accommodate paddlers of all levels but please advise if you have never paddled before so we can plan our routes accordingly. Locations: Depends on chosen activity and email communication will take place prior to confirming set location

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours prior to the booking. There is a non refundable deposit of £10 per person per booking. This can be transferred to another booking if you reschedule a lesson with us. This will be at management discretion. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
